Reply by telephone within five minutes

Customer Centre 0771-524 524

If you call us, you will speak to an administrative officer at the Customer Centre. You can then obtain answers to general questions, information about your application, assistance in completing forms and information about our self-service facilities. You can also book an appointment for a face-to-face meeting.

At the Customer Centre, we will normally respond to your call within five minutes. If we cannot answer your questions directly, we will get back to you within two working days.

We receive a lot of calls at the beginning of the week and it can take longer to get through then.

The Customer Centre’s opening hours:

 Monday – Friday  8am-9pm
 Saturday  8am-3pm
 Sunday  3pm-9pm

Text telephone
If you have a text telephone, call 90 160 and order communication in English.

Chat

You can chat with our Customer Centre about matters relating to parental insurance between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday.

Reply by e-mail within at most two days

If you send an e-mail, we will answer within two working days. It may take longer if we need to investigate your questions first.

Reply by letter takes at most ten days

If you write by letter, we will answer within at most ten working days.
