In the Employer Service, we have gathered our self-service offering for you as an employer. 

If you have authorisation, you can report if employees become sick or are away from work to care for a child here. You can also submit answers regarding income information and absence inquiries.

This service can be used by those with an electronic ID or password. When you as an employer have received an inquiry regarding income for one of your employees, you can answer the inquiry directly through the Employer Service.

Register a sick employee or care of a sick child

Sickness report: You can choose to log in with an electronic ID or password, or submit a report without logging in at all. The fastest way for you to register a sick employee is with the sickness report without login.

Register the care of a sick child: This service can be used by those with an electronic ID or password. If there is an agreement between you and the employee, you report the absence the same day that he or she begins to care for the sick child or takes out days in connection with a child's birth or adoption.

Remember to submit a sickness report no later than seven days after the end of the sick pay period, meaning day 15-21 of the illness.

Sickness report without login
The fastest way for you to register a sick employee is with the sickness report without login. You only need to submit information on the corporate identity number, the personal ID number(s) of the person(s) you want to register as being out sick and the first date of the sickness report. You can report several people at the same time and you always receive a confirmation.
